Genesis Technologies, Inc. remanufactures a wide variety of railroad signal and related electronic equipment. The types and ‘families’ of signal equipment that we remanufacture are listed below.

Remanufacturing of a Module or Chassis includes

  • Replacement of weak and faulty components with new components with same part numbers or with new components meeting or exceeding the specification of the original components;
  • PCB copper and fiberglass rework, if necessary, according to mil-spec accepted practice;
  • New gold plating on PCB edge fingers if required (extra-cost option);
  • Complete testing and alignment to meet or exceed the manufacturers specification by following thorough and rigorous test procedures;
  • Modification to the manufacturers latest revision or mod level where possible;
  • Changes and modifications as required by all Engineering Service Bulletins (ESB) issued by the manufacturer;
  • Thorough cleaning of PCB and new coating (if appropriate);
  • 2-year limited warranty on parts and workmanship;
  • Packaging in antistatic bag or other protective covering for shipping and/or storage.
